Rickman Trade – Specialized Account Manager

Rickman Trade Lithuania is part of the Rickman Trade international network, an official JURA distributor in the Baltic States since 1997. Rickman Trade has successfully expanded its brand portfolio over the years, in 2017 becoming exclusive Blendtec blender distributor in area and in 2022 launched new-generation food maker THERMOMIX in Baltic markets.

Currently, the Company is looking for an additional member to their ambitious and development-oriented team in Lithuania – a dedicated Specialized Account Manager with a focus on Rickman’s Specialized and Pro dealers, for both premium class brands: JURA and Blendtec. 

Your responsibilities:

  • maintaining and creating long-term customer relationships with dealers to ensure that Rickman’s market leader position is maintained, goals are achieved, and customer satisfaction is high;
  • building effective and long-lasting relationships with clients and providing them with high-quality customer support, conducting product training and demonstrations;
  • monitoring and meeting the sales budget;
  • ensuring successful sales in Lithuania, identifying, and pursuing new business growth opportunities;
  • assisting in marketing actions including organizing JURA and Blendtec brand events in Lithuania and ensuring campaign material quality (proofreading);
  • Supporting the overall Baltic sales and marketing team.

What is expected:

  • previous successful B2B customer management or sales experience (preferably from the HORECA sector or coffee business)
  • effective presentation, argumentation, and negotiation skills;
  • prioritization, time management, and effective organizational skills;
  • goal orientation and hands-on-attitude, willingness to go extra-mile;
  • proficiency in MS Office (skilled in Excel);
  • working proficiency in Lithuanian and English;
  • have a driving license (category B).

The salary offered: 2600 EUR gross.
