Finance & Administration Assistant

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Assistance for preparation of delivering VAT invoices register to Lithuanian tax authorities
  • Key point of contact for the team in Berlin Shared Service Centre
  • Travel manager for Lithuanian and Estonian offices (administrating and reporting travel expenses)
  • Assistance for preparation Lithuanian statutory reporting and contact with the auditors
  • Key point of contact for local organization regarding any finance or accounting questions and topics
  • Key user for SAP Purchasing process
  • Key point of contact for Non-Trade Business Portal (company internal invoicing system) for Baltic
  • Support for Environmental Health and Safety and facility in Vilnius office
  • Ensure proper flow of office procedures, track and replace office supplies

What is expected:

  • At least 2 years’ experience from a related role within finance, accounting or controlling. Experience of audit processes is a strong advantage
  • Education within Finance/ Accounting
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal, cooperation and communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to prioritize efficiently in a multi-task environment
  • Experience from working in SAP system is considered as an advantage
  • Experience with working in international organizations with a Shared Service Centre is also a merit
