Chief Sales Officer

Our client – an international IT services and solutions company with more than 10 years of experience, working within the EU and operating to the highest quality standards. Company specializes in creating web applications, websites and providing e-commerce & mobile solutions.

To grow business in export markets, the company is strengthening TOP management team and is looking for a

Chief Sales Officer

who will lead sustainable development through sales strategy implementation, boosting sales and building strong relationships with clients in Nordics and European markets.

Main role responsibilities:

  • Generate sales and achieve volume goals across target export markets
  • Explore industry trends
  • Establish and develop strong direct relationship with new clients
  • Nurture and grow engagements with existing clients
  • Form and lead an international sales team
  • Identify, shape and close new business opportunities
  • Build compelling value proposition and deliver it to prospective customers
  • Lead new projects and initiatives, guide product development to solve client specific problem
  • Work closely with the partners and network
  • Bring ideas and initiatives, be proactive member of management team

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated results in a Sales or Business Development role in international markets (preferably Nordics and Europe)
  • Proven sales track record of IT or technology related solutions/ products
  • Strong people skills and ability to influence others
  • Ability to lead, motivate and get the very best out of an international team
  • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and able to operate in a fluid, ambiguous environment
  • Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in communicating with high-level executives in different cultures
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English (other European language is a plus)
