MPS Baltic client is a market-leading medical device company with a strong record for product and service innovation. Currently, the Company is looking for a new colleague with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong skills in sales and people management – Cluster Manager Baltics. The Cluster Manager Baltics will be responsible for delivering on Company’s growth agenda in the Baltics (sales, marketing, strategy, and patients support program) in Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia and will be hiring and leading 4-6 employees. The role will be based in Lithuania and report directly to the Head of Sales in Denmark.

What will you be responsible for?
- Defining and executing an ambitious and growth-focused go-to-market strategy for the Baltics in close cooperation with EM Distributors Markets
- Identifying further growth opportunities and preparing business cases in collaboration with Distributor Markets HQ
- Driving sales, marketing, and clinical agenda towards key accounts and key opinion leaders in collaboration with local sales and marketing team
- Hiring, onboarding, and managing the Sales, Marketing, and Care team for the Baltic markets
- Defining and delivering on annual sales/marketing plans and forecasts for the Baltic region
- Providing ongoing sparring and support to Baltics sales, marketing, and consumer care team to ensure strong performance and continuous professional development of the team
- Identify and build relationships with HCPs (doctors and nurses) that are relevant for Ostomy and Continence Care
- Driving local market access agenda towards relevant local stakeholders (Payors, HCPs, patients) with support from local marketing and Global Market Access
- Managing and continuously developing the relationship with our distribution partners for the Baltics
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher within business/marketing or other relevant fields.
- 2+ years of sales experience, including experience in managing people (preferably within the medical technology or pharmaceutical sector)
- Broad understanding of marketing, strong business acumen, good commercial awareness
- Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills
- Clear and confident communication with the ability to influence at all levels
- Ambitious and resilient personality willing to go the extra mile, and focus on results
- Fluency in English and at least one of the Baltic languages (preferably Lithuanian)
- Mobility with the ability to travel min 60-80 days p.a., mainly within the Baltics cluster
