For the fifth time business leaders from Nordic and Baltic countries gathered at Vilnius summit to discuss corporate social responsibility issues. Representatives from global organizations shared what impact digitalization and artificial intelligence already has on the way they do business, motivate their employees, what products they create and how they use resources. It is obvious that rapid digitalization brings its benefits as well as challenges. One of those is a continues decrease of a human interaction and face-to-face communication which results in decrease of motivation and burnouts at work. While presenting recent survey done by MPS Enterprises among 800 Finish executives of digital generation, Markus Herold, Founder and CEO of the company, underlined that interaction skills and ability to communicate are considered to be the most important skills of the today leader. Big thanks to Nordic Council of Ministers Office in Vilnius, to Scandinavian Chambers of Commerce, Responsible Business Association of Lithuania for gathering these fantastic people to share their experiences and ideas. It was our please to take part in the Nordic-Baltic CSR Summit 2018 and spend some time in live conversations!
