Anna serves as Managing Director at MPS Prewise Oy, leading a multidisciplinary team of professionals in our competence development and HRD technology business. An MA and eMBA, Anna believes that a lot can be gained where empathy meets technology.

With MPS Prewise’s services focused on building a shared culture of competence and business-oriented continuous learning, Anna works closely with our customers providing consultancy on strategy-driven competence management, building AI-enhanced learning and development tech, and fostering long-lasting relationships with a wide range of customers across industries. The shared ambition of her team is to democratize the field of competence management, providing more organizations, teams and individuals with access to high-quality competence development tools.

Anna’s love for learning, languages and inclusive communication has been further accentuated by her overseas experience and volunteer literacy work in under-served communities. Her happy place is any one of the small rocky islands lying off the coast of Southern Finland.
