Iiro is acting as a Business Development Director in MPS Enterprises and holds a M.Sc. in Engineering (Management Information Systems). He is also a senior partner and a member of the board in MPS Enterprises and is responsible for consumer business operations (MPS Lifeworks). He is actively consulting, training and coaching corporate clients and executives in versatile industries.

Iiro is an international change management and digital services professional having a track record of over 20 years in managing director and consultancy positions. In 2004 he co-founded an e-learning and change implementation company, Prewise, which joined the MPS family in 2013. His previous career includes sales and management positions in marketing communication and IT businesses.

Iiro enjoys all kinds of sports and has been coaching a junior football team for 10 years. A family with sporty sons, sailing and spending time in nature are the main sources of energy and relaxation.
