Jenni Vähä-Heikkilä

Senior Consultant

Jenni is a Senior Consultant working with recruitment, direct search, personal assessment, and outplacement. She holds two master's degrees in German Philology and Organisation and Management. Her background spans various industries, with a strong focus on banking, finance, process industries, production, and the public sector. Before joining MPS, Jenni gained experience in recruitment and translation companies.

Outside of work, Jenni enjoys sailing in the Finnish archipelago, orienteering, and spending time with her family.
