Niilo Mäkelä

Director, Leadership Impact

At MPS, Niilo is the Director of Leadership Impact and his main responsibilities lie in developing and executing MPS’ various development and research tools and services.

Niilo is a licensed psychologist and his professional background before MPS, has concentrated on psychometrics i.e. test development and on validation projects.

Niilo is a father of two sons, and his hobbies include several musical instruments (some of which he can actually play) and during the summer months he can quite often be found on some of the nearby golf courses or at the practice range.
