Noora Welling

Business Development Manager, Senior Consultant & Psychologist

Noora works as a Business Development Manager, responsible for MPS's outplacement and change support services. She is also a Senior Consultant with experience in career coaching & change support, personal assessments, and recruitment services.

Prior to joining MPS, Noora has worked as a personal assessment consultant and as a psychologist in clinical settings. She holds a master's degree in psychology, which she has further enhanced in recent years by completing specialization studies in career guidance at the University of Eastern Finland.

In her free time, Noora enjoys various activities including jogging, Thai boxing and gardening.
