Timo holds an master’s degree in psychology and social sciences (Åbo Akademi), and is a licensed psychologist. He has a versatile experience within multiple industries ranging from process industry and energy industry to financial sector. High safety culture environments are familiar to Timo.

Timo works with recruitment, personal assessment, leadership development, outplacement and different kinds of individual and group training. He is a certified personal assessment professional and currently specializing in work and organizational psychology. In his free time Timo enjoys martial arts, Karate and MMA.
