The Kalnapilis Brewery in Panevėžys is a key manufacturing site within the Baltic Supply Chain organisation, supplying beer and beverages to both domestic and export markets.

The company is currently looking for experienced and inspirational Plant Manager to lead the brewery and drive operational excellence, business performance, people development, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director Baltics, the successful candidate will play a critical leadership role in delivering the company's strategic and operational objectives.
